EDIT: To the ignoramus who claimed that marijuana is ‘addictive’ - WRONG. Cite me some peer-reviewed medical studies from respectable journals which establish the addictive properties of marijuana.

Because the world has more important concerns with the harm of drugs and it’s social implications in society than what you fancy doing for relaxation. The kids are all becoming smack heads and crack ho’s as it is because of drugs being touted as being okay.
If you want to smoke then do it but don’t expect the world to revolve around your habit.
I have nothing against the legalization of it, the only problem I have is the smell, if they could find some way to filter the smell so it doesn’t smell for a whole block, I bet you people would be more for it, then they can ban ciggarettes instead.

Marijuana is the single most dangerous drug. It is very addictive and very dangerous due to the fact that people don’t think it’s dangerous. Marijuana is a gateway drug. It is a drug that, overtime, will destroy your conscience (your ability to distinguish between right and wrong). As Michael Savage so accurately states, liberalism is a mental disorder, the worst sympton of long term pot smoking.
See your fourth and fifth words. The concept so fashionable today that people have the right to decide what is best for an individual just because they don’t do it violates the very basis of individual freedoms supposedly guaranteed by the Constitution. Creeping socialism is a scary thing.
The wonderful thing about this country is the fact that it continues to grow intelligently, morally, and lawfully. I know that if the founding fathers of this great country of ours had ever known the effects of certain things like opium, hash, and marijuana; they would have made them illegal. Guess what smoking Marijuana is legal!!!!!! If you have Glaucoma, certain types of cancer , and arthritis; medically the use of Marijuana is leagal. As far as the ignorant people are concerned, they dont THINK it should be Illegal they KNOW it’s Illeagal.
