I don’t know where you can get the story, but it may be affliated with Reiki. A Reiki practitioner once brought me through it. It’s a form of visual imagery.
If you know about the story wright your own version! That way you can feel pride for doing it and you can change the story a bit! But if you do want the original then go to your local library or book store, or go on line your bound to find it eventually!
What I think you mean is a moral at the ending of a story.If you want a relaxation story just picture yourself in a really relaxed environment and let your dreams run wild.Then try to understand it!
