youtube relaxation hypnosis i do it every night and sleep like never before:) or like when i was a baby i guess!
There are a ton of FREE podcasts on iTunes that I found the other day (the ones I have so far are called: Guided Relaxation (Garden), The Meditation Podcast, and Mindfulness of Breath Meditation). Also, the website below seemed pretty good.
Find out what’s your favorite kind of music. Ya know, something that’s slow and has a slow tune, (without a screamo voice), that most likely won’t help.

go to youtube and type in beach ….there are videos where people go to the beach and set up cams and record the waves for 20 minutes plus……….relaxing
