close the bedroom door, make a bath, masterbate, simple things the better. Little soft music, and hot tea or coco and or a fire.

Just go into a quiet room and take some deep breathes. Try and clear your mind while you do this. That’s the quickest way I know of.

have a clear mind, just lay on your bed for.. let’s say 5 minutes and think of quiet places, like a lonely beach, or the clouds

Deep Breathing always helps. Green tea, chamomile tea and other scented tea can be very relaxing and soothing. Candles and aromatherapy are good. And if you have the time you should really invest in a yoga class!

You can listen to relaxation cd’s. Such as waterfalls, a gentle rain storm. I find that Celtic music soothes and relaxes me very well. Also try taking deep breaths hold it a few seconds and then exhale slowly. Reading a good book is another idea. If you can find the time. God bless you and hope this helps. :)

breathing. sounds silly. but true. i am the type who can get pretty stressed and pretty fast too. so i do what i have learned in yoga. i go back to my breathing. i concentrate just on that. making sure i breath correctly and completely. does the trick for me

How about breathing meditation? Just while you are stilling, counts the breaths you take in and out… that’s simple and I have used this before, during and after exams and it is very effective. I know many people who find breathing mediation very relaxing in busy environment.
Note: DO NOT breathe intentionally!!! It should be natural and the counting should be done in your mind. This one even used in anger management programs both in Canada and US.
