What are some quick relaxation exercizes I could do in the morning?

Every morning I wake up at 5:00 and I have to leave the house by 6:40 to be at the bus stop. I’m always really stressed in the morning, and it usually causes me to not have good days like I want to have. I’m a 14 year old guy. What would be some relaxation techniques I could use in the morning to make the stress go away?

    oh wow, i have the same thing and i am 14 haha what i do is tension relaxtion. When you tense your muscles and relax them it reliefs stress. Tense your body and relax it 10 times in the morning and at night it really helps! for 10 seconds.
