    ive been meditating ever since i started jujitsu when i was 8
    it is extremely relieving and helps me concentrate and keeps my mind centered.

    Simply go for walks where it is nice and peaceful. Drink chamomile tea. Here is a link that might help a bit.

    I’m also sending you my favorite poem. It has helped me time and again and could do the same for you if you like it.

    I was a pre vet major so I know how stressful school can be. I jut graduated so stick with it.

    I do agree chaomile tea is very relaxing and add a drop of honey to it.
    Listen to your iPod
    Pray
    Go see a movie with a gf or pal
    Breathing deep really does help

    I like going to bed early as well

    When I can’t sleep because my mind is running a mile a minute, I focus on my breath. First, I just observe it. Then I try to gradually change it to a smooth, deep flow. Without fail, after a minute or two of this, my stress decreases to a point where I can fall asleep.
