How can you keep your quietness and your relaxation during?
Helin asked:
Suppose that you have a lot of work to do in a very short time. How can you keep your quietness and relaxation during doing that work? How not to get nervous and tensed which may lead that you leave the work at all due to that stress?

Stay focused and work steadily- ignore any deadline- you can only do so much. be amazed how much you can get done without a clock staring you in the face.
I smoke a joint and that keeps me focused and I don’t get mad as easy over nothing. For me it makes all the repetitive tasks easy to do, because my mind kind of zones out and concentrates on just what I am doing.. Of course all the squares on here will give me crap for it.
Before you hit the road, make a list of all you have to do. Put numbers alongside each task which indicate the priority in which it needs to be done.
As you finish off each task, get off your desk - go for a short walk, take in fresh air. Come back and start the next item on the list. Use this break to relax and plan on how you will tackle the next item on the list.
Be organized-don’t go crazy rushing through everything. Take 5 minutes to plan it all out.
Sing or get some music-classical, or your favorite music will keep you motivated and moving.
Get rid of temptations-if there’s food nearby that you really want to eat, tell someone to eat it, or just remove it from your sight.
Take breaks-go for a walk before and after if you have no time. Sometimes I see people doing work in yoga poses….
If possible, get help-have someone help you out
Good luck!
One trick is called compartmentalization—-focus on the task at hand and mentally cordon off all other things. The next thing to do is do the most immediate tasks first and work your way down to the least. Plan ahead.
Stress is an invented concept. There is no such thing as stress. Don’t impose those disquieting thoughts into your mind.
Well when things aren’t going to well I tell my self that I am an intelligent individual that this problrm shouldn’t get the best of me.
So I search my brain for what ever I can find to cope with the problem I try not to watch the time.
I also try to block out negative thoughts only think of what is needed to solve the problem.
But I don’t know that through it all that I am that relaxed.
It is amazing how much you can get done in a little time if you can give the problems your complete attention.
Just think of the work as a challenge. Some people cope with stress in different ways.I am always at my best when under stress.Just tell yourself that you can do it.There will always be stress, and there is no magic bullet on how to handle it.What works for me may not work for you.Just take it one day at a time, and don’t let several small problems manifest into a huge one.
When you have a heavy workload it will make you feel tense and adgitated. The best advice i can give is to steady yourself and divide the work load. Set a certain amount of time for each section of work and take a break after you have finished. Don’t push yourself into thinkin that it all must be done at once. The best work comes from the people who take it one step at a time
